MLG, which is handling the wrongful death case of Kathleen Savio, the third wife of Drew Peterson, is keeping a close eye on the murder-for-hire trial for Peterson’s alleged plotting to kill the prosecutor, Will County States’ Attorney James Glasgow, who put him behind bars for Ms. Savio’s death.

This week opened up with prosecutor, Jeremy Walker’s opening statement, in which he said that Peterson asked jailhouse informant, Antonio Smith, if someone could take care of Glasgow . . . “like kill him.” Witnesses, including Glasgow, have also begun to testify.
