Martin L. Glink

Mr. Glink handles significant personal injury, automobile, premises, product liability, wrongful death and workers’ compensation cases. Clients include those seriously injured by medical, hospital and nursing home negligence. Mr. Glink has recovered many millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for the firm’s clients. He has argued cases before the Illinois Supreme Court and Appellate Courts. He has litigated in many counties throughout the State of Illinois. He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Peer nominated as a “Leading Lawyer” in Personal Injury-General, Martin is respected by both Plaintiff and Defense attorneys alike.  Martin has also been elected an Illinois Super Lawyer.  This peer-nominated honor is reserved for 5% of the total nominated group.

Martin founded the Law Office of Martin L. Glink in 1994. He is proud of the diversity of seriously injured clients he has helped over the last 37 years. He has settled many product and premises liability cases against national defendants such as Abbott Laboratories, Bayer, Hilton Hotel Corporation, E-Z Go, Panera Bread Company, Sears Roebuck & Co. and tobacco defendants. He has litigated many construction and municipal injury cases in State and Federal Courts throughout Illinois. He has argued landmark cases in the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts.
